In Memoriam: L. Douglas Lenkoski

With sadness we have received the news of Dr. L. Douglas Lenkoski's death.

Dr. Lenkoski was a psychoanalyst and an Emeritus member of the Cleveland Psychoanalytic Center. He was an outstanding psychiatrist and a lifelong advocate of psychoanalytic therapies in psychiatry. He was a founding member of the American College of Psychoanalysts. Dr. Lenkoski will be remembered  for his tireless humanitarian efforts on behalf of the mentally ill. He was instrumental in the establishment of Hopewell, and was a founding member of the Cuyahoga County Community Mental Health Board.
