Annoouncement From the Board

1.)    Ingrid Geerken, Ph.D. will begin teaching a very exciting and innovative course, Psychoanalytic Imagination, open to all mental health professionals, including  new candidates, early admission, and psychoanalytic psychotherapy students.  It starts Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.  Class size is limited.  Please contact the Center for an application and further information.2.)    The Curriculum Committee of the Psychoanalytic Center developed a challenging new psychotherapy program Psychoanalytic Thought and Therapy to begin in the Fall of 2014.  Contact the Center for more information.3.)     The Board of Trustees at the Cleveland Psychoanalytic Center noted unanimously to support the efforts of the mental  health community and the ADAMHS Board to leave the funding for  Mental Health as originally passed by the General Assembly in the 14-15 biennial budget (H.B. 59) not as allocated HB 483. Thank you to Mrs. Lightbody, (Richard’s mom), for her suggestion of positive feedback! Carl Rak
