For Psychoanalytically Informed Essays in the Arts and Humanities, Bio-behavioral Sciences, Social Sciences

First Prize: $1000

 The essay should not be more than 30 pages in length and should not have been published or submitted for publication. The Cleveland Psychoanalytic Center Essay Prize is open to anyone regardless of institutional status or affiliation.Applicants are requested to include their name on the cover letter only. Judges are blinded to authors' names. The winning essay will be presented at a meeting of the Cleveland Psychoanalytic Center and we will support publication in a psychoanalytic journal such as American Imago or Psychoanalytic Study of the Child. 

Entries are due July 31, 2012 and should be electronically submitted to:
