APsaA Fellowship Application is Available for Download

The American Psychoanalytic Association Fellowship Program, founded in 1991, is open to early-career psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers and academics.  The fellowship is an outstanding opportunity for recipients to increase their knowledge of psychoanalysis and become part of a support network of APsaA members.All qualified applicants receive a psychoanalyst mentor with whom they meet to discuss their interest in psychoanalysis, a free subscription to the newsletter of the Association, privileges at the Brill Library in New York, and complimentary registration at the biannual meetings of the Association. At the end of the Fellowship year, recipients become members of the Fellowship Alumni Association (FAA) to continue their involvement with APsaA.The application for  2010-2011 has recently been posted on the APsaA website.   The fellowship details are explained and the suggested positions of possible recipients are described.
